The Fellowship Ministry, is, "Fostering Genuine Covenant Fellowship," by being Patterned after The Early Church with a Nondenominational, Nonhiearchial, Multi-Racial and Multi-Ethnic Order that is; Based on; Relationship, rather than Position; Individuals, rather than Titles; And Ministry, rather than Money.
One of the most important needs in The Church, The Body of Christ, is, "Leadership Accountability." This need; however, has been, seriously, misdefined, misunderstood and misused as, "Leadership Covering." As a result, Leaders, along with Their Churches, Ministries And Works, have been and are, yet, being, Abused, Manipulated and Controlled by the External Position and Authority of an Individual, Board, or Council.
Patterned after The Early Church, With One Accord International, Inc., is not based on Position and Authority, but, rather, on Relationship and Fellowship, which, in fact, is, "Leadership Accountability," that is based, not, on Being, "Covered," by Some Preeminent Leader, Elevated Board, or Exalted Counsel, but, by Being, "Accountable," to One Another in Christ.
Because With One Accord International, Inc.., provides, “Leadership Accountability,” based on Relationship, there is a Safe, Secure and Solid Foundation for Leaders to; not only, Encourage, Strengthen and Support Each Other in Life, Walk, Marriage and Family; But, also, Challenge, Inspire and Sharpen Each Other in Church, Ministry and Work. As a result, The Father is Honoured; The Lord Jesus Christ is Glorified; The Holy Spirit is Reverenced; Love Reigns; Grace Abounds; Leaders are Lifted; Churches are Challenged; Ministries are Maximized; And Works are Woven.
The Fellowship Ministry Encompasses; (1) The Prayer Force, consisting of Mature Intercessors; Who are Demonstrating The Promise, The Practice and The Power of Prevailing Prayer; (2) The Five Fold And Ecclesiastical Ministry Council, consisting of Affirmed Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Pastors and Teachers; Ordained Bishops, Elders and Deacons; And Consecrated Ministers and Missionaries, Who are Serving in Love and Leading by Grace; Keeping The Unity of The Spirit in The Bond of Peace; And Governing, Guiding, Gathering, Guarding and Grounding The Saints unto Perfection, For The Work of The Ministry, For The Edifying of The Local Churches, Ministries, Works and The Church, The Body of Christ, as a whole; This Council is; A Sharpening Tool for The Affirmed, Ordained and Consecrated; A Safety Net for The Hurting, Wounded and Fallen; And a Perfecting Platform for The Saints; And (3) The Personal and Covenant Partnership Ministry, consisting of Individuals, Churches, Ministries, Works and Businesses, who are Praying For, Standing With and Supporting, With One Accord International, Inc.
